Refund and Returns Policy
1. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before the food preparation has started.
Once our kitchen begins preparing your meal, cancellations and refunds are no longer possible due to the perishable nature of our products.
2. Refunds for Issues
We strive for perfection, but if there is an issue with your order (e.g., wrong items, missing items, or quality concerns), please contact us immediately at 01254 301442.
Refunds (full or partial) are issued at the discretion of management and will be processed back to the original payment method used on our website.
3. Returns
Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns of food products once they have been delivered or collected.
You are not required to “ship” or “mail” any food items back to our address at 202 Union Rd, Oswaldtwistle, BB5 3EG.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
