Refund and Returns Policy

1. Order Cancellation
​Orders can only be cancelled before the food preparation has started.
​Once our kitchen begins preparing your meal, cancellations and refunds are no longer possible due to the perishable nature of our products.
​2. Refunds for Issues
​We strive for perfection, but if there is an issue with your order (e.g., wrong items, missing items, or quality concerns), please contact us immediately at 01254 301442.
​Refunds (full or partial) are issued at the discretion of management and will be processed back to the original payment method used on our website.
​3. Returns
​Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns of food products once they have been delivered or collected.
​You are not required to “ship” or “mail” any food items back to our address at 202 Union Rd, Oswaldtwistle, BB5 3EG.
​4. Late or Missing Refunds
​If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
